To extend its LED TV range in the country, Sony has launched a new TV series. This Bravia X9000F series features 4K HDR display along with support for Android. The company plans to launch three variants of this series in India. The first variant with 55-inch display Bravia KD-55X9000F is already available at all Sony Centers across the country. It is also available with large electronics stores in the country. This variant carries a price tag of Rs. 2,39,900. The two other variants are 65-inch Bravia KD-65X9000F and 85-inch Bravia KD-85X9000F. The company has not disclosed the prices of these two variants.

One of the most attractive features of this X9000F series is the Triluminos display. This kind of display is famous for giving out accurate red, green, and blue colors. The company has also used its extended dynamic range PRO that can adjust the backlight in both HDR and non-HDR contents. The company also touts that it can deliver such a contrast that is six times the contrast of normal LED TVs. There is also X-Motion feature that can clarify the blur images. It also can clear the images taken while on the move.

Under the hood, there is Sony’s 4K X-Reality PRO image engine. This helps the processor to create detailed visuals. It runs Android TV 7.0 with Sony’s interface at the top. This means that the users can access Google Play for downloading various apps. The company also claims that the future updates will bring smart home ready feature to this series. This feature would enable TV device to interact with other smart devices in the home with the help of artificial intelligence. This series of LED TVs also support Chrome Cast. This means that you can see the contents of your smart devices on LED screens. The TV also features hardware buttons for direct access to Netflix and Google Play.

Other features include HDR 10 support, W-fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.1, four HDMI ports, two USB ports, and Ethernet. It has 16GB onboard storage. – Indian Tribune
